Terms of Service

1. What Mentor is

Mentor reads the public trades of a wallet on the blockchain and describes how its owner trades: behaviors that can be seen in the data, how wins and losses compare, how trades were entered, a daily score, a calendar and a journal where you note why you traded. You can write your own trading plan, which the Service then compares with each of your buys; start a trading session, with live meters of what your code-computed figures show while you trade, and a recap at the end; and receive alerts on Telegram. It also offers an AI coach that answers questions about your own figures and an AI review of a trade you send as a screenshot. It is an analysis tool for information and education.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
• You need an account (a one-time code sent to your email, or Google) and a paid plan to use the dashboard. Pasting an address on the home page to see the plans needs no account.
• You use the Service for your own wallet, or for a wallet whose owner agreed. You confirm it when you link the wallet. We cannot check it, so you are responsible for it.

3. Using the Service

• You paste the public address of a wallet. We never ask for a private key, a seed phrase or a signature, and we cannot move funds. Never send us one, in a form, a chat message or a screenshot.
• Each account can link one Solana address and change it once every 7 days. Daily and monthly limits (for example on analyses, coach messages and trade reviews) apply to everybody, to keep the Service available.
• The first reading covers the recent weeks; the rest of the history of the wallet is then read in the background, up to a number of transactions. A very active wallet is cut, and the dashboard says from which date its history is complete.

4. Live sessions and alerts

• A session shows, while you trade, figures that our code computes from the public trades of your wallet. They follow your trades with a delay of seconds to a minute or more, and some of them (for example the FOMO check) need price data that can be missing.
• If you connect Telegram, the Service sends you alerts that state a pattern seen in your trades, or a rule of your own trading plan that a buy broke. They depend on third parties (the blockchain data provider, Telegram): an alert can be late, missing or wrong, and you must not rely on them. They are information, never advice or a signal.
• You choose when alerts are sent (during a session or always), which ones you want, and you can silence or disconnect them at any time.

5. Plans, payment and renewal

• The plan, its features and its price (in US dollars) are shown on the pricing page. The payment is handled by our payment provider, Whop, on its own page: we never see your card number. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
• A plan renews automatically every month or every year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We may change a price for future periods, and we will tell you before the change reaches your next renewal.
• You can cancel at any time from your Account page (Manage or cancel my plan). The plan then stops renewing and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid.
• If a renewal payment fails, your access continues for a few days while the payment is retried, then stops until the payment succeeds.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

6. AI features

The coach and the trade review are generated by artificial intelligence. They only talk about figures that our code computed from your wallet and from what you wrote, and their answers go through automatic checks that block invented numbers, advice and predictions. These checks reduce errors but cannot remove them: an answer can be wrong, incomplete or badly worded. A refused answer may be replaced by a simpler text built by our code.

What you write to the coach, your journal notes and the screenshot and note of a trade review are sent to our AI provider to produce the answer. The screenshot is not kept after it is read. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or personal information about other people.

7. Not financial advice

The report, the score, the coach and the reviews describe what happened in the past. They are not investment, financial, tax or legal advice. They give no signal, never say what to buy or sell, make no price prediction and promise no result. A score is indicative, not a verdict.

Trading carries a risk of loss, and past behavior or results do not predict future ones. You are the only one responsible for your trading decisions.

8. How accurate the data is

The figures are computed from public blockchain data and from price histories supplied by third parties. They can be incomplete or wrong: a transaction may not be recognized, a price may be missing, a token may have no history.

We only count a sale as a gain or a loss when the cost of the tokens is known. Sales of tokens with an unknown cost (received by transfer or airdrop, or created by the wallet) are listed apart. Other tools may count them differently, so their totals can differ from ours. The report states how many buys could be analyzed.

Token names, symbols and images come from the blockchain and are created by third parties. We do not control them.

9. Your content and your report

The report generated for you, your journal notes, your explanations and your conversations are yours. You allow us to store and process them to run the Service for you. You may keep, copy and share your report. Please do not share the report of another person without their agreement. If you post the recap of a session on X, you do it yourself: the text and the picture are made from the figures of your session, without your wallet address or the names of the tokens, but you are responsible for what you post.

The Mentor name, logo, texts, design and code are protected. You may not copy them without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

• Do not analyze the wallet of someone who has not agreed, and do not use the Service to harass, expose or pressure anyone.
• Do not try to get around the limits (several accounts or connections, automated requests, scraping), to make the AI break its rules, or to disturb the Service.
• Do not use the Service for anything illegal, or to sell or publish someone else's report.

11. Availability and changes

We may change the Service, limit it or stop it at any time, and we do not promise that it will be available without interruption or errors.

12. Suspension and deleting your data

We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the Service at risk. You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time from your account page (cancel your plan first so that you are not charged again), or ask us at support@gomentor.io. Payment records are kept by our payment provider as the law requires.

13. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, within the limits of the law. We are not liable for trading losses or decisions, for errors or gaps in the data or in the AI answers, or for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law does not allow us to limit.

14. Governing law
